Gloria has been in real estate for over 35 years. Her experience during that time ranges from the construction of many homes & condos to being the owner/broker of Doiron & Associates, Inc (plus a Century 21 & ERA Franchise) which eventually sold in 2006.
Gloria has been a big advocate of constant education and has participated annually in high end mastermind groups and constant boot camps and private mentors in order to stay abreast of the ever changing real estate market and leading effective marketing trends.
Gloria and her team have participated in over 6,000 real estate transactions as a group in the St Petersburg, Florida region. The team currently focuses on purchasing homes via Lease/Purchase or Owner financing with sellers. They help buyers gain the time they need for credit enhancement or to build up a down payment. The team believes in win/win relationships, striving to structure deals with sellers and buyers that is beneficial for all.
